  • Cabbage (grated) – 1 cup
  • Carrots – 1/2 cup
  • Onion – 1/2 cup
  • Green onion – 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
  • Soya sauce – 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper – according to taste
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
  • Butter – 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped garlic – 1.5 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons
  • Fresh cream – 2 tablespoons
  • Chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – a little
  • Coriander (for garnishing)

Step-by-Step Recipe

1. Prepare the Momos Dough

Add a little salt and oil to the flour and knead into a soft dough. Be careful not to make the dough too hard. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.

2. Prepare the Filling

Pour some oil into a pan, add the ginger-garlic paste, and lightly sauté. Add all the vegetables and sauté over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add a little soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix. The filling is ready.
